Venue Hire Rates

Day Rate
Weekday (Mon–Thurs) R18,000
Weekend (Fri–Sun) R25,000, Public Holiday/Peak Season
Peak season runs from November to March.

(Excludes Accommodation)

Hire Duration

Access to the venue from 09:00 to 22:00
Set-up from 08:00, breakdown to be completed by 23:00 or the following morning no later than 10am

What’s Included

Exclusive use of the grounds and event spaces
Limited parking for guests
Use of garden, outdoor areas, and lawn for ceremony/reception
Access to kitchen and prep area for your caterer
On-site liaison on the day

Deposit & Payments

50% deposit required to secure your date
R5,000 refundable breakage/cleaning deposit
Full balance due 30 days before the event
